2. What data we collect
- Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest and the content of your message.
- Technical navigation data (e.g. IP address, access logs) processed by the hosting provider for the operation and security of the site.
No special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) are requested: please do not include any in your message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data sent through the form is processed to respond to your request and to assess possible legal assistance. The legal basis is the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Processing methods and retention
Processing is carried out with electronic tools and adequate security measures. Data is kept for the time necessary to respond to the request; should a professional engagement follow, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the further periods required by legal and professional obligations. Data is not disclosed publicly. It may be processed, on behalf of the Controller and as data processors, by technical service providers, in particular:

- FormSubmit — service that forwards form messages to the firm's mailbox (the data entered in the form passes through its servers solely for delivery).
Data may also be disclosed to the competent authorities where required by law.
6. Non-EU transfers
Some third-party providers (e.g. the form-forwarding service and the Google services listed in section 7) may involve the transfer of data to non-EU countries. In such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards pursuant to Arts. 44 ff. GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

- Google Maps (Google) — for the map on the contact page; loading the map may involve the receipt of your IP address and the use of cookies by Google.
You can manage or disable cookies from your browser settings. Disabling certain technical cookies may affect the correct display of the map.
